In online workshops with mentors and other candidates, you practice technical and HR interviews, work through specific scenarios and receive feedback.

When you have an interview scheduled, we prepare you for the specific company, role and stage of the hiring process. We work through possible questions and how to present your experience clearly.

Offer assessment and negotiation
When you receive an offer, we help you assess the salary and other terms and prepare for negotiations. You decide whether to accept the offer.

10% of your starting gross annual salary as a single payment, or 11% in four monthly installments.

We handle the operational work around applications: finding relevant jobs, sending them to you for approval, tailoring your CV, writing cover letters and application answers, submitting applications and tracking their status. We find relevant people on LinkedIn and prepare messages, and you receive direct profile links and text ready to send. You provide the information we need, approve jobs, join workshops, attend scheduled interviews and decide on offers. We prepare you for interviews and negotiations.
We review your application and LinkedIn and reply within one business day. The first criterion is seniority, 5+ years of professional experience. If you meet it, we schedule a call to go through your goals and how we can help.
