A general job portal - especially useful if you're targeting local companies outside the main IT hubs in Serbia.

Startit.rs

If you're interested in working in startups, this is the right place. The job ads aren't numerous, but they are high-quality. These are typically smaller teams working on local products, often offering flexible work conditions.

LinkedIn

One of the main places where developers look for jobs and where there's a large supply is LinkedIn. Many IT companies recruit directly through LinkedIn, and job ads are often posted exclusively on the platform - without being advertised elsewhere.
